Amy Ablakat serves as Planning Deputy to Los Angeles City Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell. Prior to joining Team Mitch, Amy managed a wide variety of short-term and long-term comprehensive land use planning, zoning, environmental, telecommunication and development projects while working for both the public and private sectors.
Amy is a Los Angeles native. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Analysis and Design with a concentration in Urban and Regional Planning, and a Master of Arts Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Environmental Planning, from University of California, Irvine.
Amy enjoys scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
